Jennifer Chen is the Vice President of Programming and Acquisitions at Channel Zero managing content for four television networks in Canada: CHCH in Toronto and Metro 14 in Montreal, Movieola- The Short Film Channel and Silver Screen Classics, She was formerly the General Manager of Ouat Media, managing one of the largest distribution companies specializing in the acquisition, distribution and sales of short form content internationally including the 2011 Oscar winners in Live Action Shorts and Animated Shorts. Jennifer has shared her knowledge of the film industry with audiences at film festivals around the world, consulted on distribution strategies for award-winning shorts, and published papers on the subject. She currently serves on the Board of the Toronto Reel Asian Film Festival.
