Yes. Proof of full vaccination is required – either through the Province of Ontario’s enhanced certificate with a QR code, or a receipt from the Ministry of Health showing a second vaccination dosage administered before Oct 27, 2021. Signage reminding guests to ensure physical distancing will be available in common areas throughout the building, including in the auditorium, concessions and washrooms.
We ask that all guests not lining up for concessions, find their seats immediately in order to keep the lobby clear. Guests will be asked to leave the cinema after the screening. To minimize crowding, please exit the Cinema row by row.
All ticketing is done electronically, and non-ticketed guests are meticulously logged with when they are in the building. In the event any staff, volunteers or patrons report testing positive for COVID-19, the venue will immediately take action by finding out when, over the last 14 days, this individual was in the building. Ticket holders in attendance that day will be notified by email and urged to get tested. The venue requires all staff and volunteers who come in contact with an infected person to get tested for COVID-19 before returning to work.
