Nedine Rafid

Nedine is a UX/UI designer with a background in Computer Science and a Master of Digital Media from Toronto Metropolitan University. She enjoys designing digital experiences that are intuitive, visually engaging, and easy to use. Her work is driven by understanding users, solving real problems, and turning complex ideas into simple, thoughtful solutions. Nedine likes combining research, strategy, and creativity to build experiences that people genuinely enjoy using, and is always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and create meaningful work.

Project: For Reel Asian, Nedine is redesigning the event discovery experience to make it easier for users to browse, filter, and find events. The goal is to create a simpler, more intuitive and responsive website.

Tiffany Hu

Tiffany is 3/4 illustrator and 1/4 designer. A lover of all things narrative, her work focuses on illustrating heartfelt and whimsical stories. Her main goal as an artist is to create work that engages viewers—she loves quirky formats, popup/interactive elements, and experimenting with media. She is based in Tkaronto.

Project: Designing pre-show visuals with animated elements that bring Reel Asian’s brand to the big screen.

Yujie Wang

Yujie is a Toronto-based photographer and multidisciplinary artist. Working primarily with photography, her recent practice extends into installation and sculpture, exploring themes of liminality, memory, and subtle emotion.

Project: Yujie is working on an editorial photoshoot for Reel Asian’s 30th Anniversary. Instead of capturing the moment of celebration, this shoot highlights the beauty found in mundane moments.
