How to Virtual Festival Guide

Thank you so much for becoming a Reel Asian Member!

1. Before browsing and adding tickets to your cart, you must be logged into Elevent to be recognized as a member.

If on a DESKPTOP: Scroll to the right corner of the page over the icon of the person below. Once clicked, a small window will pop up to sign in to Elevent using your account you created to become a member.

If on your MOBILE PHONE: Click the 3 dots in the top right corner.  Scroll all the way down the menu and click the person icon. A small pop-up window will appear to log in.

2. Once logged in, a 20% discount will be automatically applied to your cart at checkout.

For Online VOD: You can use your Elevent login under ‘Member login’ at watch.reelasian.com to access the virtual programming at beginning 10:00AM EST on November 10 until 11:59PM EST on November 24.

3. Supporters and above who wish to redeem their complimentary tickets:

For best user-experience we recommend using a DESKTOP:

Scroll your mouse over the person icon at the top right corner of your screen. A drop-down menu will appear. Click My Account:

A pop-up window will appear with your available package(s). Click ‘Fulfill Package’. Now you can browse films and add tickets to your cart.

1. To return to your Pay it Forward package, click YOUR EXTRAS on your account page.

2. Each “extra” has a unique code, which you can export into an excel sheet for easy sharing. Simply scroll down and click EXPORT.

Each code has a one-time use to be applied to the associated Package or Pass. You can send multiple codes to one guest or send one code per guest. It is up to you how you wish to distribute tickets.

3. When sending the code, make sure to include the link for *Member Journey: How do guests redeem a code* so they’re all set to enjoy the festival with you!

2. If you received a single or multiple 14-digit codes, browse films here and add your ticket(s) to your cart. On the Checkout page, type the 14-digit code in the field Extra Code.

If you received the 20% Members Pay it Forward code, browse films here and select the film(s) you wish to watch. Add your ticket(s) to your cart.

3. Continue to checkout where you can either use a DISCOUNT CODE or an EXTRA CODE.

4. If you received a short code, enter the code under DISCOUNTS and click apply. If you received a 14-digit code, enter the code under EXTRAS and click apply.

5. Upon completing your purchase for an in-theatre screening, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket.

Upon completing your purchase for a digital screening, you will receive a confirmation email with a screening link. When you’re ready to watch, click that link and you will be directed right to your film to start watching!

5. Upon completing your purchase you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket or screening link (if you purchased an online screening). Enjoy!
